K Street House

In Q1 2019, Buildings & Land acquired a rare double-lot family home in the heart of South Boston area of Boston, Massachusetts. Over the subsequent 20 months, Buildings & Land completely reinvigorated the property to an unparalleled standard of design and finish, adding a top-floor master suite and remodeling the rest of the structure into a ~2,400 square foot 4-bedroom, 5-bath luxury single-family residence. The property was sold off-market prior to the completion of construction. 

The Point Soledad

The Point Soledad is a multifamily residential project currently under construction outside of Barranquilla Colombia. Consisting of twin 12-story towers of fully-equipped 3-bedroom apartments designed for families, the complex includes common amenities including a swimming pool, playground, social lounge and parking decks. The Point Soledad’s first tower is sold-out and near-topping out, and the entire project is expected to be fully completed in 2022. Buildings & Land is an equity investor in the project through its strategic partnership with Nido Promotora S.A.S., a boutique real estate investment firm based in Bogotá.
